Paid readings are digital products. A clear refund policy should be visible before checkout so customers understand what they are buying.

Recommended MVP Policy

Offer refunds within 7 days when a report was not delivered, was generated with incorrect input due to a technical error, or materially differs from the product description.

Not Refundable

Dissatisfaction with a reflective interpretation, disagreement with a reading, or expectation of a guaranteed life outcome should not qualify for a refund if the report was delivered as described.
