Privacy Policy

This MVP is designed to collect the smallest amount of information needed to generate a BaZi reading. We do not sell birth information, chart data, emails, or report content.

Information We Collect

• Birth date, birth time, and birth city for chart generation.
• Email address only when needed to deliver a paid report or handle support.
• Payment status and order identifiers from Stripe, PayPal, or another checkout provider.

What We Do Not Collect

• We do not need your legal name, phone number, street address, or government ID.
• We do not store credit card numbers or CVV codes on this website.
• We do not send your email or payment details to AI tools for report generation.

How We Use Information

Birth details are used to calculate chart information and create the reading requested by the customer. Paid report data should be retained for no longer than 30 days unless a longer period is legally required for payment disputes, tax records, or fraud prevention.

AI Processing

If an AI service is used to write report text, only structured chart information should be sent. Do not send names, emails, payment details, or unnecessary personal identifiers.

Deletion Requests

Customers may request deletion of birth details and report content by emailing privacy@example.com. Transaction records needed for accounting, chargebacks, or legal compliance may be retained.
